Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and One Click Automations ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Claude for Etsy Sellers (the "Service"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

An educational web application providing interactive lessons, a library of AI prompt "skills," and an AI assistant to help Etsy sellers with listings, SEO, pricing, and marketing. Delivered online; nothing to download.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18. You're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per purchaser; notify us of unauthorized use.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business. You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post your login, the lessons, or the skills
  • Copy or export content to create a competing or substantially similar product
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the underlying prompts, code, or data
  • Use the Service unlawfully or to generate illegal, infringing, or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

4. AI features and credits

The Service includes AI features powered by third-party models (Anthropic's Claude). Your purchase includes a grant of 1,000 AI credits, metered by model. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed as you use AI features. You may optionally supply your own Anthropic API key for unlimited use, subject also to Anthropic's terms. AI availability depends on third-party providers and may change or be interrupted.

5. AI output — no reliance

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is for informational and educational purposes only and is NOT legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any output. We do not warrant accuracy or results.

6. No guarantee of results or income

The Service teaches strategies for selling on Etsy. We make no guarantee of any particular result, sales, income, ranking, or outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Examples are illustrative, not promises.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service and all lessons, skills, text, design, and software. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Content you input remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-party services and trademarks

The Service relies on and references Anthropic ("Claude"), Etsy, Stripe, and others. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC or Etsy, Inc.; their marks belong to them. Their own terms govern your use of those services.

9. Payment

Sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases via Etsy are additionally subject to Etsy's policies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse. On termination your license ends. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive.

14. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes posted with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mississippi for disputes not resolved informally.

16. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
