This Privacy Policy explains how One Click Automations ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use Claude for Etsy Sellers (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Claude for Etsy Sellers is an independent, educational web application. We are the data controller for information collected through the Service. Contact us at support@oneclickautomations.com with any privacy questions.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: account details (name, email); purchase information (order confirmation and billing; payments are processed by Stripe and we never receive or store your full card number); content you enter into lessons/skills/the AI assistant; support communications.

Information collected automatically: usage data (pages, features, lessons completed, credits used); device and log data (IP, browser, access times); cookies and local storage.

If you choose "bring your own key," your Anthropic API key is stored ONLY in your own browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

• To deliver your login and grant included AI credits

• To provide lessons, skills, and AI features
• To meter credit usage
• To respond to support requests
• To maintain, improve, and secure the Service

4. AI processing

When you run a lesson or skill, your prompt and inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response, subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy practices. Please do not enter sensitive personal information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Anthropic for AI processing, and our email provider); legal and safety recipients where required; and in a business transfer (merger/acquisition/sale of assets), with notice.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, store your optional API key locally, and understand usage. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling them may affect the Service.

7. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and to object to or restrict processing. Email support@oneclickautomations.com.

EEA/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to complain to your supervisory authority; legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing"; we do not sell your personal information; no discrimination for exercising rights.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children; contact us to remove any.

12. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites (Etsy, Anthropic, Stripe); review their policies.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the new version with an updated date; material changes communicated where appropriate.
